December 9, 2008 | By Alyssa Dalton

Crossover Distribution.com Corp. has signed a distribution agreement with Til-Tek Antennae Inc. (Ottawa, Ont.), a designer and manufacturer of licensed and unlicensed antenna systems. Crossover is a value-added distributor of wireless broadband, in-building cellular, telecom and CATV technologies to the North American marketplace.

As
a stocking distributor, Crossover will offer Til-Tek’s complete product
line of antenna solutions for both the wireless broadband and carrier
markets. This includes: license-exempt networks, cellular, AWS and PCS
solutions for 3G and 4G networks.

“Wireless
service providers make significant investments in their network
infrastructure and premium, high-quality antenna solutions are an
integral part of that investment,” said Crossover’s Darin Gibbons,
vice-president of sales and marketing.

“Til-Tek’s
broad antenna portfolio will ensure that we can meet the growing needs
and expectations of our customers,” added John Taylor, Crossover’s
president. “Antenna strategies can often help an operator improve their
network performance, which in turn increases their revenues and
minimizes operational costs.”

“Our
agreement with Crossover is a positive step in our strategy to improve
service levels and product availability for our North American
customers,” said Paul Stevens, Til-Tek’s general manager. “Crossover
has a strong and established presence in the North American market, and
they will play a key role in servicing our existing and future
customers in North America.”
