December 17, 2014 | By Anthony Capkun
December 17, 2014 – Cummins Power Generation has extended its range of gas-fuelled generator set capabilities with a natural gas version that boasts U.S. EPA MOH (mobile off-highway) emissions certification, meaning the 334kWe continuous-rated genset is deployable across a wider variety of applications.
The certification allows the QSK19 60Hz running within the certified range of fuels to be redeployed within 12 months of being installed at a site. The QSK19-based family is equipped for low-maintenance operation on-grid as well as base load applications. It is available for both 50Hz and 60Hz operation in a range of voltage configurations.
