November 6, 2017 — Richard Hatcher has been appointed head of sales for Danfoss’ heating business in the Americas.

Hatcher’s responsibilities will extend throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as Mexico and Latin America. He will now be responsible for advancing Danfoss’ activities and portfolio for the heating markets, including hydronic controls and electric heating solutions.

Hatcher previously served as vice president of sales for Danfoss’ HVAC drives business. Prior to joining the company, he spent nine years with General Electric, where he held various leadership positions in HVAC and drives sales.

Danfoss is a manufacturer of electronic and mechanical components and controls for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, industrial and water systems.
