January 13, 2014 – Dewalt says it has designed the jobsite headlamp DWHT70440 after realizing there was a “demand for a durable headlamp that stays in place and won’t run the risk of shattering”.

While offering 104 lumens and up to 6 hours of run time on the high setting, the headlamp features an additional low setting to adjust the brightness (25 lumens) and run time of the battery up to 29 hours. It weighs 2 oz, has an anti-slip strap for use with hard hats, and comes equipped with 3 AAA batteries.
