September 12, 2011 – Dewalt debuts its Impact Ready accessories which it says are compatible with Dewalt impact drivers (DC827KL and DC825KA) and are engineered with innovations that provide enough durability to withstand high levels of non-reactionary torque, resulting in less bit breakage and allowing professional contractors to complete more applications with impacts. Examples of new drilling applications include: into junction boxes and medium gauge steel; into stainless steel and aluminum; and into steel track to install doors. Included in the Impact Ready line-up are: drill bits; holes saws; fastening accessories; nutsetters; pivot holders and pivot nutsetters; screw driving bits; and driver sockets.
