October 15, 2014 – Dexter+Chaney’s second mobile application—Project Plan Room—distributes construction documents, communicates data and relays project information in real-time to employees’ and subcontractors’ mobile devices on the jobsite.

The company says it designed the app to increase efficiency and collaboration between field staff and the office, says the company. Users can remotely access the latest versions of plans, specifications, drawings and other documents with no dependency on an internet connection. Once an internet connection is established, synchronizing with Spectrum for updates or up-to-date document versions is a one-tap function.
