November 21, 2015 – EBMag was pleased to join Philips Lighting Canada recently at a special event hosted at the Royal Ontario Museum to learn how Philips’ “lighting innovations are taking the industry Beyond Illumination”.
Mike Gentile, VP & GM, welcomed guests and invited them to familiarize themselves with Philips’ total offering. “We really represent the total lighting solution,” he said. Pierre Legare, VP of sales, noted the company’s goal is to improve 3 billion lives by 2025 through lighting. Chad Mitchell, product marketing leader, then led guests through a discussion on three major factors of lighting—digital, connected and smart—involving Hue and, among other applications, the benefits of advanced lighting in school and healthcare settings.
