Divide disparate cables with Cooper B-Line Barrier Bridge

October 20, 2011 | By Anthony Capkun

October 19, 2011 – Cooper B-Line—a provider of support systems and enclosure solutions—introduced its Barrier Bridge, a product designed to solve the “common challenge” of dividing cables running in the same cable tray at horizontal tees and crosses. The Barrier Bridge provides a tier system within the tray; it includes a cable bridge, an elevation brace, a standard barrier and standard hardware that can be used with all ladder tray materials and heights. It includes smooth, hemmed edges that protect cable jackets and raised sides of the top level that retain cables without rising over the height of the cable tray. The Barrier Bridge is available pre-engineered for two or three cable runs, and CAD details and submittal sheets are available online.
