January 27, 2015 – A portable, battery-operated wireless switch is the latest introduced by Eaton’s electrical business for residential lighting.

Eaton said the ‘anyplace’ switch is an extension to its radio frequency (RF) lighting control solutions and can wirelessly control up to five lighting solutions simultaneously from anywhere in the home.

The device can be held in the hand or mounted to any surface to dim the lights or turn them on or off, said Eaton.
