October 2, 2018 – E.B. Horsman & Son (EBH), an electrical supplier with offices across Western Canada, has acquired Calgary-headquartered Measurement & Controls, including its brand, assets and contracts.

The acquisition adds process instrumentation and automation products to EBH’s existing electrical supply line and technical divisions. Working together, the parent company and specialized division will serve a diverse customer base of electrical contractors, industrial end users, system integrators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
