(UPDATED March 25, 2013 with VIDEO) March 19, 2013 – Echo Automotive—a developer of technologies enabling the conversion of existing fleet vehicles into fuel-efficient hybrids and plug-in hybrids—showed off its first-ever, detailed and full-size EchoDrive chassis display at the Work Truck Show 2013. The donor vehicle—a 2007 Ford E250 van with almost 400,000 miles—aimed to exemplify the ability for the EchoDrive system to not only fit onto new vehicles, but older fleet vehicles just as easily.
