September 12, 2011 – Eclipsall Energy Corp. has expanded its business to include the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for solar photovoltaic projects (PV) in North America and internationally under the Eclipsall Solar banner. Additionally, the company will also be offering project development and management services under the Eclipsall Development Corp name.
