Eclipsall integrates selective emitter technology to solar panel production
November 30, 2011 | By Alyssa Dalton
November 30, 2011 – Eclipsall, an Ontario maker of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, is now integrating selective emitter technology into its manufacturing process. According to the company, selective emitter technology has been proven to be more effective in lower light conditions like those in Ontario by enhancing solar cell performance with more efficient control of the phosphorous concentration that increases the area of each solar cell for electricity generation. This, in turn, helps reduce the cost of production and improve solar developers’ returns, it adds.
