NetSecure’s Kudos mobile credit card acceptance terminal plugs in to phones and computers without costly equipment or monthly fees, allowing electrical contractors to securely accept payments on the job. The SmartSwipe encryption technology keeps transactions secure. Kudos promises a turnkey “point of sale (POS) in a box” solution, giving small businesses a flexible, affordable and secure way to accept credit card payments through a smartphone, desktop or laptop. It comes equipped with a swipe terminal (a.k.a. card reader compatible with iOS, Android and Blackberry), POS software and a merchant account. Users can begin accepting credit card payments for a flat percentage rate (plus a few cents per transaction) with no monthly or ongoing fees, and no limit on the amount of transactions.
