Emerson Network Power’s ONEAC business launches SLIMtec Power Filter
September 15, 2011 | By Alyssa Dalton
September 15, 2011 – Emerson Network Power’s ONEAC business has introduced its SLIMtec 5 Amp Power Filter for digital signage. The product offers both power and data line protection (10BASE-T, 100BASE-T and GigE network lines), and according to the company, it presents the most convenient, cost-effective power filter available today. Described as “ultra-compact, easy access receptacles, and wall-mountable in multiple orientations,” SLIMtec fits perfectly behind the thin display screens that are increasingly being deployed in restaurants, hospitals, campuses, airports and other commercial areas, says the company. It is cUL and UL approved and is listed under UL1449, UL497B, and 1283.
