Epic news as EPEC Silver distributor training launches in French

September 24, 2013 | By Anthony Capkun

September 23, 2013 – Electro-Federation Canada’s Electrical Council officially launched its Silver-level EPEC Program at the Quebec Region Fall Activity event last Thursday in Montreal, Que.

“We are pleased to offer all Electrical Council members the opportunity to strengthen their electrical industry knowledge with the EPEC program,” said Patrick Deschamps, chair, Electrical Council Quebec Region, and sales manager with Contact Delage. “This program had previously only been available in English but, thanks to the generous contributions made by the EC Quebec Region and member sponsors, EPEC’s Silver level is now available in French.”

Offered in collaboration with the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) and the Electrical Council, EFC says the Electrical Product Education Course (EPEC) has become “the cornerstone of sales and product training in the electrical distribution industry”. Electrical Council member employees are able to participate in the Bronze- and Silver-level programs.

These courses provide information about individual products, their applications and how they interrelate with other products in electrical systems. They also include key project modules and a capstone module, along with supporting blueprints and references.
