June 30, 2011 – Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions Director of Sales and Marketing, Eric Pfeiffer, has been selected to serve a three-year term on the Industrial Supply Association (ISA) Board of Directors. Pfeiffer’s term begins July 1.

“It is such an honour to be recognized by my peers as a leader within this industry and be selected as a board member,” stated Pfeiffer. “I look forward to assisting the association in meeting its goals over the next three years.”

Pfeiffer, a 27-year cutting tool industry veteran, has been an active member of ISA since 1986. Throughout his tenure, he has served on various committees including the Young Executives Forum (YEF), eBusiness subcommittee and Membership committee.

In his new role as a board director, Pfeiffer will work to implement and direct the association’s activities towards the fulfillment of its brand statement to be “the premier source of information, education and relationships that drives success for members and their customers in the Industrial MROP marketplace,” said the board.

ISA is an association of the maintenance, repair, operations and production supply chain. Serving more than 1,200 member locations in North America the membership is comprised of distributors, manufacturers and independent manufacturer representatives.
