Initially scheduled for October 14-16, in Edmonton, the annual IEEE Canada Electric Power and Energy Conference will be hosted online November 9-10, 2020.

Organizers say EPEC is IEEE Canada’s premier power & energy conference focused on innovation in the electricity sector, with paper presentations, special sessions, panels, tutorials and exhibitors.

It will be “co-technically sponsored” by the Power and Energy Society (PES) and Power Electron-ics Society (PELS), as well as five Canadian Organizational Units: IEEE Canada, IEEE Northern Canada Section, IEEE Southern Alberta Section, IEEE North Saskatchewan Section, and the IEEE Winnipeg Section.

Organizers are also developing a discounted registration fee, which will be posted on the conference website.
