The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum is hosting its Supporting Women in Trades (SWiT) Conference June 10-12, 2023, at the Fairmont Hotel in Winnipeg.

The conference is expected to bring together 300+ delegates from across Canada, who will discuss initiatives that help address the challenges faced by women in trades, highlight promising practices, and contribute “to a national conversation to support equity priority groups in apprenticeship and the skilled trades”.

“At SWiT 2023 we will offer a safe place for tradeswomen and their allies to come together and support each other, talk about experiences and overcome challenges,” say organizers.
