BCEA invites you to attend “Starting from the top: How leaders can advance equity” with Samra Zafar on September 28, 2021, at noon PT.

Zafar is an award-winning, internationally renowned speaker, bestselling author, and educator for equity, mental health, and human rights.

During this session, BCEA says you will learn that it is not enough to just have diverse people in the boardroom. Instead, companies must go beyond the numbers to create an inclusive culture that empowers their diverse employees to share their voices and views.

There will be opportunity for Q&A following the formal presentation.
