Founded by Jim Caruk, Renos for Heroes (RFH) is a charity that provides renovation and building services to the families of men and women who have sustained injuries while serving.

“We so often hear of our fallen soldiers who have paid the ultimate price, but we rarely hear about the ones who come home with life-altering injuries,” says Caruk. “When my buddy’s son came home badly injured from serving overseas, I was shocked when I found out he didn’t have full mobility in his own home.”

Among the charity’s fundraising initiatives is the annual golf tournament, which is being held June 17, 2021, at Angus Glen.
