October 8, 2014 – Extron Electronics has announced four DTP twisted pair distribution amplifiers—two DTP HD DA 230 models and two DTP HD DA 330 models—which provide one HDMI input with loop-through, and either four or eight DTP outputs.

According to Extron, the distribution amplifiers are ideal for accommodating presentation overflow rooms, digital signage and other multi-display applications. All models accept analogue stereo audio signals for simultaneous transmission over the same shielded CATx cable, and support computer video up to 2560×1600, HDTV 1080p/60 Deep Colour, and 4K resolutions. The 230 models extend signals up to 230 ft, while the 330 models extend signals up to 330 ft.
