April 7, 2017 – “It is only natural that we support this major event,” said Éric Martel, president & CEO of Hydro-Quebec, after the utility announced it is serving as title sponsor of the Montreal ePrix, part of the FIA motor racing championship featuring single-seater cars powered exclusively by electricity.

“Our clean and renewable energy will supply not only Formula E cars, but also the electric vehicles that are taking to Quebec roads in greater and greater numbers,” added Martel.
