July 20, 2015 – NB Power is welcoming four new members to its board of directors.

They include Alain Bossé, Andrew MacGillivray, Paul McCoy, and Vicki Wallace-Godbout.

Bossé is the president and COO of Groupe Savoie Inc. located in St-Quentin, N.B.

McCoy is a principal with the Atlantic Wind Connection Project and also provides consulting services through McCoy Energy Consulting LLC.

Wallace-Godbout was born and raised on the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation in New Brunswick. A lawyer and small business owner, she is currently working on a number of economic development projects with various First Nations, according to NB Power.

MacGillivray is the retired president and CEO of Gay lea Foods and currently acts as a strategic advisor to their board.

The new members join Chairman Ed Barrett, Vice-Chair Norm Betts, Lise Ouellette, Michael Sellman, Robert Youden, Judith Athaide, Charles Firlotte, Mark Reddemann, Barbara Trenholm, Mike Wilson and CEO Gaëtan Thomas.
