FSR – a manufacturer of audio and video switching, control products, and connectivity boxes – introduced ceiling boxes to conceal equipment. Meant to conceal above the tiles and blend in with existing décor, the units come in two sizes and six varieties.

The CB-12 is designed for classrooms and has an external AC receptacle on the 2’ x 1’ enclosure. It features four additional un-switched AC receptacles inside, two shelves to mount and two half-rack control or AV equipment, and knockouts.

The CB-22 is a 2’ x 2’ enclosure intended for any room with a projector. It includes two full rack pieces or four half-rack pieces on the built-in shelf, an external AC receptacle, a switch breaker, and five AC outlets.

The CB-22S or the “Smart Green Enclosure” includes auto-sensors to turn off the power when not in use. It includes two monitored un-switched outlets, a main switch breaker, four switched AC outlets, and an internal fan.

For all three models, a fan kit is available as an extra option. Also all three models come in projector pole mount options: CB-12P, CB-22P, and CB-22S-P models include the addition of a 1 ½” NPT fitting that is adjustable to multiple position to hang the projector.
