January 23, 2014 – FSR describes its Digital Ribbon mega-bandwidth HMDI cables as  a money-saving solution that “provides the highest quality images over the longest distances”.

The cable packs 10.2 Gb/sec of bandwidth in a cable profile of 5 mm x 2.5 mm. According to FSR, the cables do not require transmitters or receivers to work, “this means no black boxes to hide and no wall warts to plug in”. The cables support HD resolutions up to 1080p, 4k x 2k, 3D and Deep Colour at distances up to 325 ft.
