Fusetron energy efficient fuses by Cooper Bussmann now available

Cooper Bussmann has launched Fusetron Energy Efficient class RK5 fuses, which it says is 23% more energy efficient than the next leading brand based on recent testing. The test results are based on weighted sales volume of Fuesetron and Ferraz Shawmut fuses by selected amp and volt rating combination. The dual-element time-delay fuses are said to allow for closer sizing to load (smaller fuse amp ratings than non-time-delay fuses) on most motor and transformer primary applications. It also features a 200kA interrupting rating for protection against fault currents.
