June 09, 2011 – EBMag was invited down to Bath, N.Y. for an exclusive tour of the HID lamp and halogen burner factory and HID R&D and Manufacturing centre for Philips Lighting North America. Opened in 1952, and purchased by Philips in 1983, the 342,348-sq. ft. HID production facility employs 387 workers.
