GE announces Lumination LED downlights

January 14, 2014 – The first downlight of GE’s Lumination LED luminaires, the DI series promises easy customization for high-end retail applications and other settings with high ceilings.

It features GE Lighting’s Infusion technology where users can select their preferred lumen output and colour temperature to illuminate key products or focal points with the switch of an LED module. According to the company, the modules can be quickly removed and upgraded in seconds through a twist-fit design that does not require a fixture change.
