Graham McTavish named Stantec VP Power Canada

March 19, 2014 – Graham McTavish has joined Stantec’s Vancouver, B.C., practice as vice president for its power business in Canada, bringing with him “extensive experience in engineering consulting, project management and controls, and construction”.

His experience in utilities extends through Western Canada and other regions, added the company.
 
“The breadth of experience Graham brings to our team at Stantec will help us expand our service offerings to our clients across Canada,” said Don Belliveau, Stantec’s senior vice president of power and mining. “We’re pleased to have Graham join our team to work with our clients to find the best ways to power growing communities throughout the country.”
 
McTavish is transitioning from Valard Construction where he served as vice president B.C. Operations, and was responsible for the construction large transmission line projects throughout the province.
