November 25, 2013 – Greenlee has expanded its FiberTools lineup with its Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) shielding as an optional feature for the 560XL fiber optic power meter, 570XL LED light source (multi-mode) and the 580XL laser light source (single mode).

“Our military customers required accurate test results in high EMI conditions, which are produced around radar equipment on Navy vessels as well as high voltage circuitry areas,” says Thieu Do, business manager at Greenlee Communications. “EMI shielded equipment ensures the accuracy of the test results while testing in these difficult environments.”
