Greenlee introduces 2017 “Next Generation” tool bags with Ripstop

April 6, 2017 | By Renée Francoeur

April 6, 2017 – Greenlee Textron Inc. is introducing a new line of Next Generation tool bags, which are “engineered to reduce strain on the user and withstand wear and tear”.

The bags are constructed from a poly and nylon Ripstop fabric and critical seams that receive stress from weight are reinforced with double and triple stitching to prevent separation, according to Greenlee. They are also lined with a light green interior to increase visibility of bag content and a hard plastic bottom keeps dirt and water out, the company adds, while also allowing the bag to stand in an upright position. Two backpacks in the line allow for an embroidered name patch as well.

The line includes:

• Professional tool backpack (0158-26),

• Professional tool & tech backpack (0158-27),

• 20-in. heavy-duty multi-pocket tool bag (0158-21),

• 11-in. electrician’s open tool carrier (0158-24).

Greenlee says it will launch four additional bags this spring.
