February 27, 2013 – Halco Lighting Technologies has expanded its ProLED MR16 series lamps to replace standard 10W, 20W, 35W and 50W halogen MR16 lamps. The new form factor, available in 3W, 4.5W, 6W and 8W, claims to maximize efficiencies and provides uniform beam distribution. With light levels available in Flood, Narrow Flood, Spot and Wide Flood beam angles, the MR16 can be used in traditional MR16 fixtures including those with gimbal rings. With 82 CRI, the lamps are dimmable down to 5%.
