December 1, 2011 – Hubbell Canada LP has signed a strategic agreement with Cavet Technologies to sell the latter’s LumiSmart ILC. Developed for the commercial and industrial markets, LumiSmart ILC is purpose-built to reduce “power being consumed by existing and installed fluorescent lighting systems”.

“Being a good steward of the environment is good for business,” said Debbie Drozda, director of sales & marketing, lighting, for Hubbell Canada LP. “Cavet’s LumiSmart complements our overall green business strategy and our sustainable lighting solutions offered through our GreenWise program.”

LumiSmart is suitable for office buildings, industrial spaces, healthcare facilities, retail, parking garages, etc.
