October 5, 2013 | By Anthony Capkun

October 4, 2013 – According to organizers, ICUEE 2013 (International Construction & Utility Equipment Exposition) was “an outstanding success”,  and one of the largest and most comprehensive ever, with registered attendance of more than 17,500, surpassing the last show in 2011.

“We hope the great turnout and participation at this year’s ICUEE points to more sustainable and broader industry growth,” said Sara Truesdale Mooney, ICUEE show director. “Attendees said ICUEE prepares them for what lies ahead, and that the show is where they go to find new products and solutions, make buying decisions, and learn the latest industry best practices.”

ICUEE 2013 was held in Louisville, Ky., and just wrapped up. It attracted attendees from 10 Canadian provinces, all 50 U.S. states and 50 other countries, who flocked to visit with 862 exhibitors.

“ICUEE is known as a venue for utility and contractor professionals to meet face-to-face with their industry peers across the country and worldwide to exchange information,” added Mooney. “ICUEE also provides the opportunity to talk with industry executives and product experts, and to be the first to see new product launches, discover new suppliers, and find solutions to tough problems.”
