November 28, 2017 – “Thank you to our clients and Shell, who embraced the true spirit of Christmas and will make Christmas morning a little brighter for someone who will not be home for the holidays,” said John MacDonald, Ideal Supply’s VP Sales & Marketing.

Ideal Supply Co. recently partnered with Shell Lubricants to help bring some cheer to children and their families who will be at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto over the holidays.

The distributor ran a program for six months in which customers could win a weekend getaway in Toronto PLUS spending money to buy gifts that would be delivered as a group to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.

That initiative ended up providing over $9000 in gifts for the hospital’s Toy Drive, said Ideal Supply’s Peter Mackie. In all, 38 people participated over the weekend, with more gifts dropped off than the Toy Drive bin could hold.
