Ideal Industries’ VDV Pro cable tester features a bright, backlit full dot-matrix screen that, making it easy to read in low-light environments. Ergonomically designed for hand-held use, the tester allows technicians to quickly check the integrity of virtually any cable found in a residential or commercial VDV installation, including telephone, data network, and video/security alarm. The Pro has integrated RJ11/12, RJ45 and coax F-connector interfaces, while accessories enable the unit to support BNC and RCA connectors. An integrated tone generator offers four analogue tones to locate and isolate wire pairs.
