June 30, 2011 – IndigoVision, the manufacturer of complete IP video security solutions, has named Tim Wood the new regional sales manager for the Western Canadian region. This addition will provide an enhanced level of service and support to the IndigoVision Certified Partner organization in Canada, as well as driving end-user customer knowledge and awareness of the company brand, said IndigoVision.

Wood comes to IndigoVision from his most recent role as sales manager at Laser Star Systems Ltd., a system integrator in Victoria, B.C.

According to IndigoVision, he brings a strong technical background coupled with a detailed knowledge of the IP video market, having worked with myriad VMS platforms in his former position. Wood will manage the British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and the territories of Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.
