December 5, 2012 - BC Hydro says a new 500kV, 247-km transmission line from Merritt to Coquitlam that will improve power delivery to homes and businesses on B.C.’s Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island is now under construction.
December 5, 2012 - PowerStream has announced its annual charity golf tournament, held this September at the Nottawasaga Inn Resort in Alliston, Ont., raised the largest total amount in the five-year history of the tournament being a charity event. It netted more than $90,000 for the company’s 2012 fundraising campaign in support of the United Way of York Region and the United Way of Greater Simcoe County.
