Inside Sales Representative for its Port Coquitlam office

The ideal candidate must possess a
drive and passion to succeed as well as be a good team player. Reporting
to the Inside Sales Supervisor, the Inside Sales Representative is
responsible for internal account management. They are an integral part
of the sale; they must build and maintain strong and effective
relationships with current and new customers. This person is responsible
for maintaining overall customer satisfaction by working closely with
the Sales force, fellow team members, Lighting Consultants, and customer


• Internal support (technical etc.)
for Sales Representatives

• Administration of accounts
(backorders, RGA’s problem solving)

• Building relationships with key

• Selling products
• Day to day
pricing administration based on guidelines

• Responding to customer inquiries
in the prescribed, consistent manner

• Application of all sales and
marketing programs

• Participate in sales meetings
& attend and participate in training sessions

Experience /
Skill Set Required:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience
in a customer service &/or Inside Sales role

• Proven
Customer service and Sales skills

• Ability to build lasting
relationships with customers

• Positive Attitude
• Knowledge of
MS Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT etc.), SAP a definite

• Aptitude to
learn technically on products

• Ability to multitask and work
under pressure

• Industry knowledge a definite
