July 19, 2022 – After a long hiatus (pandemic, of course), the Maritime’s largest mechanical and electrical tradeshow—the MEET Show—finally occurred in person at the Moncton Coliseum.

Electrical Business Magazine, along with our colleagues at HPAC Magazine, was once again proud to produce the Official MEET Show Guide. And, if you were at the show, hopefully you had a chance to stop by and chat with Electrical Business Magazine’s Jennifer DiIorio. (And we have some pictures… thanks, Jen!)

Registering over 5772 attendees, the Mechanical Electrical Electronic Technology (MEET) Show is the second-largest industry event of its type in Canada, and the largest trade event east of Montreal, say organizers.

More than just a tradeshow, MEET also includes an educational component featuring timely seminars courtesy of MEET’s four sponsoring associations: Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH), Electro-Federation Canada (EFC), Illuminating Engineering Society–Maritime Sections (IES), and Atlantic Canada Mechanical Exhibitors (ACME).

For us, it’s a great opportunity to meet with our readers (yes, in person!), which is why we enthusiastically look forward to the MEET Show.

Without a doubt, one of the show’s highlights for us is what I call “Munden Alley”—a collection of suppliers in the Electrical section of the show who are represented by Munden Enterprises in the Maritimes. With every iteration of the MEET Show, the Munden team ups the ante with colour and spectacle, grabbing attendees’ attention and keeping them interested while learning about all the solutions available through Munden supplier partners.

Well done Tony, Josh, and team… you did not disappoint, and thanks for the hospitality!

Speaking of Munden, the organizers of MEET thank Munden Enterprises, Masco, IPEX, and Schneider Electric for sponsoring this year’s show lanyards and reusable bags.

MEET returns again in 2024. We can’t wait to see you then!
