February 21, 2012 – Eaton’s electrical sector (Canada) has opened a new regional quick-ship manufacturing satellite operation in Saskatoon, Sask. The new operation will begin production starting in April and will manufacture multiple product lines to support the needs of the Saskatchewan marketplace.
“The Saskatoon satellite will become a critical member of Eaton’s current network of Canadian satellite manufacturing locations,” it described.
Eaton’s network of regional quick-ship satellites (nine across Canada) services regional markets with electrical distribution, packaged control products, solutions and support to customers in Canada.
Leading Eaton’s efforts in this initiative is Jo-Lynne Stein, who has been with the company for 15 years. Most recently, she served as senior sales representative for Eaton in Saskatchewan.
“Jo-Lynne’s technical skills, excellent product knowledge, work ethic and established customer relationships make her an ideal candidate to lead Eaton’s efforts in providing exceptional service to our customers in the province of Saskatchewan,” said Richard Jackson, Canadian regional satellites manager.
“She brings a wealth of market knowledge with her into her new role. We’re extremely pleased to have an individual of Jo-Lynne’s quality to accept this challenge.”
