September 16, 2014 – The “game-changing” TK-350 fiber optic kit from Jonard Industries combines the JIC-375 fiber optic stripper and JIC-186 Kevlar cutter in the H-60 moulded pouch with metal clip.

The JIC-375 is a three-hole fiber stripper, where the first hole strips the 1.6-3 mm fiber jacket down to the 900 micron buffer coating. The second hole strips the 900 micron coating down to the 250 micron coating and the third hole is used to strip the 250 micron cable down to the 125 micron glass fiber. Meanwhile, the JIC-186 is made of high carbon stainless steel with blades designed to cut Kevlar, cabling insulation, tape, cable ties and other materials, says Jonard.
