August 31, 2012 – Journée Lighting has introduced the 1000 lumen Zinnia LED luminaire, featuring the field-replaceable GE Infusion module. The Zinnia design packs in over 140 square inches of heat sink within a 3′-diameter luminaire. According to Journée Lighting, this heat sink surface area allows the LED chip to operate at a lower temperature, improving the efficacy of the luminaire and extending the life of the LED.
