Juno Lighting Group (a subsidiary of Schneider Electric) made several announcements regarding updates to its Indy, AccuLite, Cylindra and Acculux product lines. Indy is introducing a series of architectural 2×2 LED luminaires, illuminated by Cree TrueWhite Technology. They promise to use up to a third less energy and provide five times the service life of equivalent fluorescents. AccuLite is introducing a new generation of outdoor luminaires integrating LEDs. Cylindra is introducing two LED track fixtures; the 22W T253LED produces about the same illumination as a 75W PAR30 halogen, says the company, while the 15W T251LED is roughly equal to a 50W MR16 halogen. The Indy Designer Series LED luminaires now include higher lumen packages, while Acculux’s recessed lighting portfolio now includes a redesigned 3 1/4-in. series offering several new features.
