May 13, 2015 – Hubbell has named Kevin Poyck, Rodd Ruland and Darrin Wegman as group presidents for its Lighting, Construction and Energy, and Commercial and Industrial businesses, effective June 1, 2015. These businesses form Hubbell’s Electrical segment.

The group presidents will have responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the businesses. All four positions will report directly to chairman, president and CEO, David Nord.

“Kevin, Rodd and Darrin are seasoned executives with vast knowledge of our businesses, and I am excited to have them drive continued growth of our organization,” Nord said.

Poyck, who has previous experience with Maytag and Cooper Industries, joined Hubbell Lighting in 2005 as vice-president of engineering, and established the Engineering Shared Services organization.

Ruland was leading Burndy when Hubbell acquired the company in 2009. He has held roles at AMP, Tyco Electronics and FCI.

Wegman began his Hubbell career with GAI-Tronics in 2000. His current role is vice-president and general manager of Wiring Systems and Industrial Electrical. Prior to joining Hubbell, he was vice-president and corporate controller for Salient 3 Communications and also worked for KPMG LLP.
