Knees, back, shoulders focus for Electrolab safety DVDs

October 28, 2015 | By Renée Francoeur

October 28, 2015 – Injuries occurring from improper position and movement are common in most workplaces, says Electrolab Training Systems, a safety-training provider. Along with CLMI Safety Training (formerly known as Comprehensive Loss Management, Inc.), Electrolab is releasing a new three-part DVD series that deals specifically with injuries to the back, knees and shoulders, and discusses simple techniques employees can use to avoid the pain of these common injuries. Each topic covers common stresses, injury prevention techniques, stretching and exercise, Electrolab says.

The three segments are called Protecting Your Knees, Protecting Your Back, and Protecting Your Shoulders. Each cost about $325.

These programs are available in DVD and streaming media formats. Additional information or free previews are available by calling 1-800-267-7482 or emailing safety@electrolab.ca.
