Knipex Tools pliers wrench promises multiple tool functions
September 12, 2013 | By Anthony Capkun

September 11, 2013 – The pliers wrench from Knipex eliminates the need for a full set of wrenches, says the company, as it provides the functions of both in one tool.
The tool boasts a 10-to-1 lever ratio but, with smooth jaws, will not damage or mar work pieces. The push-button, positive-locking mechanism allows for a range of adjustment positions, while the gripping jaws remain parallel regardless of handle position. Pliers wrench models are available in sizes ranging from 6 in. to 12 in., with capacities from 0 to 2-3/8 in. Comfort grips are available on the 6-10-in. models, and the 10-in. pliers grip is available in an insulated style. The tool is constructed from chrome-vanadium steel with a slip-resistant, plastic-coated handle.
