Latest Milwaukee M18 Sawzall promises max performance under load
November 16, 2020 | By Anthony Capkun

November 16, 2020 – Milwaukee Tool’s newest M18 Fuel Sawzall sports the Powerstate brushless motor, which provides 3000 SPM and a 1-1/4-in. stroke length. Meantime, Redlink Plus Intelligence promises “maximum performance under load” as well as protection from overloading.
As well as being slightly lighter than its predecessor, the new Sawzall features an anti-corrosion blade clamp for prolonged durability, a blade-change lever that’s been made better resistant to wear, and a metal-reinforced battery connection for improved durability and battery retention over the life of the tool.
The Sawzall version with One-Key connectivity has the added benefit of allowing options for users to “dial-in” performance for unique applications, such as adjusting the speed for smoother cut starts and engaging a Cut-Brake (which automatically stops the blade from reciprocating after a cut is completed in most cutting applications).
