January 30, 2022 – Effective February 1, 2022, Electrozad Supply Co. Ltd.’s executive team will look a little different, reports the distributor.

Former president William C. (Bill) Smith becomes chair and CEO, where will oversee Electrozad’s executive team while driving organizational growth. He will continue working with the team as a brand ambassador, creating and maintaining relationships with the community, while also looking for alliances, mergers, partnerships, and investment opportunities.

In 2017, Smith was the recipient of Electro-Federation Canada’s Industry Recognition Award.

Formerly vice-president, Finance, John Jenner moves into the role of CFO and COO, where he will have responsibility for the coordination and management of all financial, operational and administrative functions for the company.

In his new role as president, James Taylor (formerly vice-president, Sales & Marketing) will drive the company’s overall strategy. He will be responsible for managing strategic vendor partnerships at the executive level, and collaborating with the CFO/COO.

Electrozad has several locations in Ontario: Chatham, London, Sarnia, and Windsor.
